Kendrick Kim
Real Estate
Kendrick Kim has been an adjunct professor of real estate since January 2014 and was a former student of Fullerton and Cypress College. He has earned several associates degrees and certificates from Fullerton and Cypress College and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Cal State Long Beach. Kendrick has recently earned a Master’s in Real Estate (MRE) this past May 2014 from Realtor University.
Mr. Kim has been a real estate broker/Realtor since 2008 and has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the real estate field and has extensive experience in distressed properties in short sale and foreclosure because he entered the market right at the crash of the economy and real estate in 2008. Mr. Kim had to adapt real quick and thanks to his former professors at Fullerton College faced those challenges head on and is still continuing in running his real estate brokerage.
Mr. Kim as an adjunct faculty is passionate about teaching and mentoring and is very thankful to be part of the real estate department as adjunct professor and owes much gratitude to the success of his business and career to the professors of Fullerton College.
