Awful
Bad experience. He is rude when we asked questions. He made several mistakes on handouts and tests. Horrible personality. everyone had issues with him.
Awesome
His office hours are complex. But if you can get in his office, he will help you understand your grade. Dr. O'Connor is enthusiastic about chemistry and he was a little disorganized in lecture, but he was accessible during office hours. He really cares about his students.
Awful
If you are just starting out, Dr. OConner is definitely not for you. Considering that I have a background on chemistry already, I felt like he made the material much more difficult than it should have been. Grades come from tests only, so if you fail one out of the total and got good grades on the others, you're still stuck with a C.
Poor
Professor O'Connor tries, but he fails every time. He really cares about his students but he is so unorganized that he ends up confusing you more than helping. You will have to teach yourself everything, you will not learn from him. Don't trust what he writes to be correct, he messes up questions in class and on exams frequently and is a harsh grader. Do not take him if you want an A.
Awful
I do not recommend taking a class with Professor O'Connor. He is extremely rude and not helpful at all.
Poor
Professor O'Connor is enthusiastic about chemistry. However he is not a good professor. I thought his lectures were all over the place. The tests are the only assignments for this class. He prepare you he provides bonus and several examples for them. However, half the time he sent the answers, his emails would end with -I may be wrong, correct me if so.
