Good
Prof. Kelly grades papers really late, so you won't be aware of your grade until the very end of sem. Key to succeed is to be passionate for org behavior. She loves it when you're more personal. She has a clear grading rubric which you have to follow exactly so do read carefully. Assignments are pretty fun!
