Good
Prof. Roberto focuses on weekly case studies and quizzes that require a fair amount of reading. She also gives simulation and group discussions in the end.
Awesome
Dr. Roberto's MGMT 3390 Training and Development class was a lot of fun. The class is well-structured and easy to follow. Quizzes, learn smart activities, and written assignments were all part of the class. It is not tough to get an A on this course, but you will need to devote some time to reading and studying.
