Hello, I’m Katharine Hodgdon, and I am an innovative, detail-oriented, and solutions-oriented professional with extensive experience and expertise in the development of engaging content for training and other specified purposes. I have a proven track record of successful development of curriculums and visual training materials for personnel development purposes.

I develop customized e-Learning courses tailored to each client’s specific needs, using reality-based scenarios, interactives, and simulations.

I am a strong writer with the ability to write both formally and informally. I am also an expert in collaborating with other instructional designers, e-learning developers, and technical writers to continuously advance the quality and relevance of the content.

Following are some of the highlights of my experience and qualifications:

• I successfully created and implemented four-month curriculums for training over 500+ individuals

theory and practice.
