Awesome
Flanagan is one of the best teachers I have ever had! Her class is super and well organized and she offers 100 pts of extra credit, which equals a test. Show up, fill out the workbook, study and you can get an A with no effort! She also made class fun with polls. iClickers were used every day.
Awesome
Prof. Flanagan is a great professor. She has the perfect pacing for lectures and she even makes the material easier to understand. She also offers lot of extra credit opportunities. You can get a good grade as long as you do all of the work.
Awesome
Professor Flanagan is the hardest working professor and she is very inspiring. Stat100 is one of the best and most organized classes at University of Illinois. You need to attend lecture, do the homework, and view the pre-lectures if you want to do well in this class. Flanagan is the funniest, most relatable professor who really goes hat extra mile. She is the best!
Awesome
I loved Professor Flanagan with all my heart, she was just wonderful when it came to explaining everything, and kept hour and a half lectures interesting. She really wanted students to do well and she cared for the whole class. Take her if you have the chance!
Awesome
Professor Flanagan is wonderful! The best teacher in my entire educational life. She is always very thorough with her explanations, she also has great organizational skills. Just a good teacher and a good person. Recommended!
Average
Professor Flanagan's class was very test heavy. I have a full time job and she wanted me to find or buy a proctor for every single test. There were over four tests in a semester. It's a hassle on my part and I would much prefer to do this in person, but I had no choice. I would not recommend this class or professor for online, out of state students.
Awesome
One of the best professors I've had. She has office hours every day and makes the class so easy. She also gives a lot of extra credit, including the notebook you fill out and even attendance.
Awesome
Professor Flanagan was an amazing teacher. She made the class easy to understand, even if you think you're horrible at Mathematics. She's super funny and does the workbook with you in class. Her exams were not bad, as long as you go to class and do the homework.
Awesome
Professor Flanagan was a great teacher for Stat 100. He taught everything in a clear and understandable manner.
Awesome
Prof. Karle gives lots of extra credits! Materials were very easy as well. The whole STAT100 team and Karle work really well!
Awesome
Professor Flanagan is amazing. She's literally the best, clearest and concise teacher of all time. This is the second time I've taken statistics and I've figured it out right away. My sincere gratitude to her. She's really masterful at teaching this class. Anyone who has to make statistics must have her. She gave the students so much mind and how to improve things for them.
Awesome
Nervously, I attended Professor Flanagan's class. To my surprise, she was good at explaining the subject matter. Also, she made the material easy to understand. She's very real and warm. In addition, she provided a lot of office hours.
Awesome
Professor Flanagan is very sweet and very well-spoken. She makes the information very easy to understand.
Awesome
I would die for Professor Flanagan. She's a real gem with great lectures and is always present during office hours. If you're someone who needs to take General Education but never wants to take math classes again, take her class, get a simple A, and enjoy the experience of learning from one of UIUC's best professors. I will surely miss her.
Awesome
I was really nervous about taking an online math course, but Professor Flanagan made it incredibly easy to learn and understand. She's also very understanding and offers the opportunity to provide extra credit. And as long as you follow the lecture, there's no way you will fail the class. Hands down one of the best teachers I've ever had.
Awesome
I wish all teachers were like Professor Flanagan.
