Professor Miko's accent makes her hard to understand. If you ask a questions, she will reply very rude and tell you to shut up. She creates a boring environment for students and screens movies that no one really enjoys.

I did not enjoy Professor Miko's class at all! She is hard to understand because of her very thick accent and her attitude is just rude. I didn't learn a single thing about film, all she does is talk about why she likes a movie then we watch it and don't do anything. Half the class would leave after she took role. Do NOT take a class from her.

This class was VERY aggravating. Prof. Miko's English is very rough and she speaks quietly as well. Instead of shooting videos, we would watch films that would have been decent if she didn't ramble over them. Her grading system is awful, she takes forever to grade, and she is hardly ever accessible outside of class. My advice for film majors- just show up.
