Proving a commitment to lifelong learning
I returned to the classroom as a full time graduate student and served as a Graduate Assistant for the College of Business Administration. I worked primarily with the CBA Business Ethics Program and supported Career Services. In this role
I helped to organize the State Farm Ethics Lecture in Fall 2014 and completed the follow up reports associated with the grant that supported the annual lecture (as well as successfully applying for a grant for the lecture the following year). Working with the CBA Assessment Committee
I designed a survey of ethics integration in the College's curriculum
analyzed the results and prepared the report for the committee's use. As an adviser to the Student Ethics Board
I recruited and worked with students and faculty to promote the CBA Student Ethics Code. In addition
I served as an instructional assistant and group moderator for courses in the CBA PrEP curriculum-- a curriculum designed to support student success in transitioning into College and to a career after graduation.
