I am the Principal of Personnel Management. The firm provides leadership and support for Strategic Business Planning, Organizational Design, as well as Performance and Leadership Coaching activities for emerging growth and middle market organizations in both the public and private sectors.
In the past 25+ years, I have consulted to over 455+ organizations including close relationships with a number of organizations over a long period of time, as well as several law firms, professional associations, municipalities, colleges, and universities.
Additionally, I have taught in undergraduate and graduate school programs both domestically and internationally, given numerous public and private seminars, as well as having provided testimony as both an advocate and an Expert Witness in litigation proceedings – where I am recognized both as a Human Resources and a Forensic Economic expert.
