Professor Jensen is very willing to repeat himself if he needs to and has no problem in lending help, even after the class. My only comment that can be negative is that, his pacing in lectures is very quick. So, if you need clarification you should interrupt him to ask. He answers well too. However, there are no pauses to open questions.
