Prof. Liu moves the goalpost on final project requirements even two days before the end of classes. He doesn't give objective requirements for final project as well. There wasn't enough grade in by q-drop that you could still easily fail the class. He also doesn't teach the class. He doesn't seem to know his stuff.

Professor Liu's lectures were not very inspiring. He doesn't give very clear requirements either. It was impossible to say what he wanted for homework and for the group project.
