Promoted services and support provided for faculty. Chaired the Faculty Center Advisory Committee (FCAC) which provided guidance to the programs, service, and support provided to faculty. Served as the University contact/lead with appropriate technology vendors to include the University adopted Learning Management System (LMS) regarding support issues, technology integrations, and payment invoicing. Represented the University on the Texas A&M University System Council for Academic Technology & Innovative Education (CATIE).
