In general
my research has focused on the social development of children in 2 contexts: family and peers. In the context of family
my research has looked mostly at parenting
especially in at-risk settings (e.g.
low-income
rural). Outcomes of interest have been child obesity and sociomoral development. In the context of peers
my research has looked at physical aggression
relational aggression
and a newly developed construct which looks at children's use of relationships to attain a goal without the use of aggression.\n\nSpecialties: GENERAL: Project Management
