I am an experienced freelance writer, and am always open to opportunities for more projects and assignments. I have written feature articles, full sections of magazines for health related updates, and various types of textbook materials. In academics, I have written an abstract and been part of various publications throughout the years for research within the department I work for.
I am also a long-term academic instructor in East Carolina University's Kinesiology Department. I have taught Exercise Physiology, Evaluation and Prescription, Physical Activity and Aging, and Exercise Adherence. On top of teaching I have had extensive patient interaction in clinical work as an Exercise Physiologist for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
I hope to bring all of my years experience working with people and students into the impact I can have with my writing.
