I'm a psychoanalytically-oriented Executive and Leadership Coach, working with organizational leaders, entrepreneurs, and business families on leadership, communication and sustainable productivity.
Using assessments, individual development plans, and coaching conversations, I facilitate transformational change that is highly valued by the individual and high ROI for the organization.
My goal in coaching is always to exponentially increase the rate of personal and professional growth in clients so they continue to benefit from coaching long after the engagement ends.
I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), as well as certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Survey assessments.
My commitment to coaching is evidenced in the following leadership positions:
- Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the non-profit, open access academic journal Philosophy of Coaching (philosophyofcoaching.org), now in its fourth year (2016-2019)
- Developer of the ICF-accredited online course Psychology for Coaches (psychologyforcoaches.com) (2019)
- Co-organizer of the ICF-Toronto conference Journey to Mastery (2018)
- Executive Board member and current Director of Monthly Member Meetings for ICF-Toronto (2015-2019)
- Presenter at Harvard's Institute of Coaching conference (2016)
- Presenter at Graduate Schools Association for Executive Coaching (GSAEC) conference (2019)
- Contributor to 'Complex situations in coaching: A critical case-based approach,' published by Routledge (2019)
