Awesome
Professor Diaz is awesome, even though his classes can be long and he is a strict grader, I think that his way of arranging and landing econ ideas and models makes his class easy and interesting. If you want to pass, you will have to go to class. He is very willing to help during office hours. He is a great professor.
Average
The class of Professor Diaz consists of two quizzes which are 15% each, two tests 32.5% each and participation 5%. Sometimes he goes on political tangents that are entirely unrelated to the material. He doesn't curve exams, so you reap what you sow. However, if you go to lectures, you should do fine. Even though the class is tough, there's nothing that he can't be handled. Overall, he's a good professor.
