Awful

We only got projects with an incredibly unclear rubric. It felt like a kindergarten class room, so much so that one day we went and made paper bag puppets. Didn't take a single note.

When emailing questions about certain assignments, Julia was not very useful. Halfway through the semester, we were allocated a project that needed going out and purchasing another textbook. The job felt like a busy job / filler.

Good

The material of the class is a little bit boring at first but she managed it to be entertaining. She likes group discussions in class and class activities. She will not do lectures the whole time. She's very patient in answering our questions. Also she will only have a manageable homework. Just make sure you start your child study early or else you will run out of time.

Prof. Julia is good! However, I feel that she teaches like a kindergarten teacher would do. She teaches in a way that would make you feel like a five-year old. There are also lots of group project, 1 APA paper, and 1 major proj.

Indoor and outdoor play in preschool programs

The purpose of this study was to explain children's indoor and outdoor play in preschool programs in terms of teacher interaction

peer interaction and task orientation. Children's indoor and outdoor play behaviors were compared using the Individualized Classroom Assessment Scoring System (inCLASS). Findings included significant differences on task engagement and self-reliance (within the domain of task orientation)

with both measures higher in an indoor play environment than an outdoor environment. Findings revealed no significant differences between the indoor and outdoor environment in terms of teacher engagement and peer engagement.
