Joyce Taylor founded SWATH Leadership after a successful career that includes management consulting, teaching in academia, and Federal government service. Her leadership and managerial experience have translated into meaningful consulting initiatives. These initiatives include executive coaching, strategic planning, change management, teambuilding, managing conflict, diversity, leadership/management development, human resources, and EEO & AA/AEP planning and implementation. Her consulting work has focused on fostering the cooperative efforts of employees in achieving organizational and individual goals. She has working knowledge of the structures and cultures of Federal, military, educational and business organizations. She has worked extensively with diverse cultures and organizations throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and Central and South America.
