JD Kim is just amazing! He can convey difficult concepts really well and understands the material in a complex manner. He really cares about his students and knows calculus really well. I hope to get him some day!

By a wide margin THE BEST PROF, I'VE HAD AT TAMU. He adores us so much and needs to ensure that you pass. I despise math, however JD just makes it 1000x better. Continuously comes to class cheerful and talks aren't exhausting. He's incredible I adore him and on the off chance that you find the opportunity to take him you'll feel a similar way

Prof. Kim is an amazing teacher! He's very caring and sweet and he will really do anything to help you pass. I took calculus in high school and he really waters down the material, so it wasn't that hard for me, but it was for some. He's quite hard to understand, but you will eventually get used to it. You'll be fine as long as you sit toward the front. He's very encouraging. Go ahead and take him!

Professor Kim cared tons for all of his students and their grades, working very hard to make sure that everyone passed. I remembered all of the basics from precalc and calc I did pretty well on the exams. The test questions were all pretty similar to the sample tests as long as you understand the material.
