Awesome
I got Dr. Raynes for A&P I and I will definitely take him again for A&P II. There are tons of powerpoint presentations. Exams are hard. But, if you plan to go into the medical field, you will definitely learn a lot from this professor. Dr. Raynes is very informative. He is also approachable and understands work-life-school balance. You just have to do your lab book and participate in class!
Awesome
Prof. Raynes is amazing! He is a good lecturer. He is hilarious, caring, and is always willing to help. He doesn't give homework, just four exams which he will drop the lowest grade! There were also lots of team work on labs.
Awesome
Wonderful and funny teacher. If he sees that you've taken interest in the class and study then he'll like you. Get ready to self-study, and study groups will get you through.
Awesome
Wonderful professor, explains each section so that everyone can understand.
Awesome
He is an easy going professor that will answer any questions that you have. Also, not a lot of homework.
Good
He is a very caring teacher. He has 4 tests and will drop your lowest test grade or practical grade.
Awesome
I really enjoyed the class of Professor Raynes. He clearly presents the material in the class that makes it easy to understand. He truly desires for his students to understand and pass the class. Anatomy and Physiology is a difficult course but I learned a lot from him. He simplifies the material by giving really good examples and he will make sure that every one understands before moving forward.
Good
Anatomy can be a hard class, so naturally, anatomy 2 is even more hard. If you show up to class, study, and take the time seriously then you will pass.
Awesome
Professor Raynes is great! He males it very clear on how you can pass the class. It is very easy course to understand and if you have any questions he will answer them in a very easy way to understand. This class consists of four lecture and four practical exams which are not hard to pass. I recommend him 100%
Awesome
If I needed more credits in science I would take Dr. Raynes again, there would be no contest. His personal anecdotes and sarcasm make learning the tough material more comprehensive & relatable. I felt the being in class makes the difference in understanding the material. You're grade is based on exams and participation. If you study you will pass. An additional plus, he's nice to look at.
Good
Great teacher for A&P II. Show up to class and lab so that he can get to know you. He has interesting lectures. Lots of opportunities for extra credit, take them! There is no homework assignments and no quizzes.
Good
Professor Raynes keeps you engaged during every lecture and has a great sense of humor. You can tell he genuinely cares about his student's success. His course is usually composed of four lecture tests and practicals, along with participation grade. As long as you study his lectures and ask questions you will do fine. 100% would recommend him.
Awesome
So far, Dr. Raynes is the best prof I've had in Florida. You will really enjoy going to his classes because of his personality. He doesn't give homework at all. Grades come from tests alone. If you're lucky, you'll get a semester with lots of take-home tests though. Since he writes all his exams, do not expect to use quizlets.
