Awful
Incredibly useless and totally unorganized. Easily the worst professor at Minnesota Duluth, making the class much more difficult than it should point, bordering on torture. There's no getting away from him for BC Lab, so get ready for that. There is a very vague rubric for grading. He really is setting you up to fail the class.
Awful
I wouldn't recommend this class at all. Expect to be physically, mentally, and emotionally drained in this lab. You will have to push your other classes behind because of all the work you have to do in this course. Worse, you'll still end up with a terrible grade on everything just because you didn't meet his expectations.
Awful
Expect to spend at least twenty hours a week on this two credit course. If you are a biochemistry major, think about changing to biology or chemistry just to avoid taking this class. There was a ridiculous amount of homework for the lab; 10-15 page lab reports, pre-lab quizzes, in class quizzes, and homework assignments due each week.
