Awful
Professor Hegger will not help students succeeded. He gives a Monday quiz on a chapter you will be learning that week. Hegger does not post grades until AFTER quizzes. He will not let you see in class slides. quizzes are weighted but the exams are not too important.
Awful
I actually learned a lot in Professor Hegger's class. The homework is not too much. However, his lecture slides are often wrong and he doesn't update them. So, you'll have to rely on teaching yourself anything about revolving numbers. He's not open to making accommodations for you.
Awful
Professor Hegger is one of the worst teachers at University of Missouri. His lectures were boring and shallow. You won't learn much in his class. The lectures were part of your grades, added with six exams and lots of homework every week. In addition, you'll have two consecutive exams in a semester. It is clear that he doesn't want to, nor will teach you anything. I suggest you take this class with another professor.
Good
In Professor Hegger's class, I studied with an average of four to five hours per test and that is six tests in total. But since the pandemic hit, I barely studied. However, I still got a B in this class. I observed that an average person could read a book about basic finance or economics and retain actual useful information, unlike this class, that you'll do pointless calculations, you'll never use in your life again.
