  As a Supplemental Instruction leader I facilitated study sessions for traditionally difficult courses for the Project PASSAGE Program. The program is funded by a federal grant designed to promote the retention, transfer, and graduate rates of African American male students. In addition, I assisted professors with conducting guest lectures, student assessment, student learning outcomes, course evaluation, and exam proctoring.

  As a tutor at the LBCC WRSC, I conduct one on one and group tutoring sessions in English composition, reading, and writing. In addition, several English and Reading classes have a Student Learning Assessment component to which I conduct tutor-directed study groups under the supervision of a faculty member.
