Good
Very important: fill in the provided notes (they will make great study material). Be present. Listen to directions on the specific sections to read. There is a ton of reading to do but the book (which he co-wrote) has a "Ten Takeaway Points" and a "Key Terms and Cases" section at the end of each chapter which are very helpful (if you are short on time you can just study those and still do well). The exams aren't terribly hard.
Good
This class is too hard. But...if you mess up on a test you are in a lot of trouble because there are only three test grades in the whole class. Just read the chapters in the text book and be sure your take notes and you'll be fine.
Awful
Just read the boring book and you will do fine. I quit going to class after he used the first test review time just to yell at us, I don't even know what he was yelling about. If you go to class to actually learn, like I do, then you might be frustrated when he wastes your time.
Awful
Among the political science professors, Mr. Bond's class was pure indoctrination. It came to a point where I started checking his lectures because, the information was so bad. Assessment questions are based on opinions and if you don't answer based on his opinion, it's wrong. He had a pop quiz in the class and unfairly enforced it, which counted as 1/8 of the final grade.
Poor
Professor Bond doesn't put the class slides anywhere. So, you always have to show up in class. He is easily deflected and overloads everything in the last fifteen minutes of class. The only bases for your grade are the three exams. He isn't a terrible teacher, but if you have the opportunity to enroll in another one, just do it.
Awful
Professor Bond has very long and dry lectures, with a very long textbook. His grades consist of three very hard exams, with no opportunity for extra credit. The only two elements of this course are lectures and reading. Also, he's not very helpful when it comes to questions asked during class. The lectures are just reiterations of the readings too. I suggest you find a different professor.
