The global pandemic is underway and Professor O'Connell is handing out 0's. There's at least one question in each quiz that is counted wrong but does not match the information in the textbook. He constantly reduces points on unexplained assignments, even if the information is directly from the resources it has provided. Overall, he's one of the worst instructors I've ever had.
