This is about the US Supreme Court's recent (Oct. 2010) decision to allow governments to lie about the stated public use/purpose when taking private property. Cases about right to violent video games took precedent over home ownership this cycle of the Court. So to all those fraudulently foreclosed upon homeowners - it doesn't matter if banks follow the law, the US Supreme Court has already allowed their own agencies to lie in State and local courts. For those who understand the Kelo decision... the 5th Amendment Civil Right is completely gone until we get an improved Court -- i.e., the Roberts Court (unlike the 2005 Court which ruled unanimously in our favor) will be long on Corp. Welfare, short on Civil Rights. At least we won against the govt. contractors...
