Research Technician
•Conduct Basic research consisting of multiple behavioral tasks
•Design and execute multiple non-GLP and multi-year GLP-like studies
•Compose SOPs in collaboration with Quality Assurance Officer
•Perform animal surgical techniques in accordance with animal protocol and SOPs
•Assist in management of research data and supervise data entry
•Monitor animal health and administer medication and treatments as needed
•Assist in rodent sample preparation for microscopy

•Assist and provide support in rodent surgeries (anesthetic induction, maintenance, monitoring)

•Collect samples and tissues (serum, urine, tissues at necropsy, etc.)

•Capture renal ultrasound images using Vevo 2100 imaging platform
•Manage multiple studies running concurrently
•Organize freezer database for research group
•Complete lab notebook accurately and in a timely manner
•Design, plan, and execute in vivo experiments
•Evaluate potential new data points and bring options to group
