Awesome

Professor Sartori is an amazing professor. He is extremely well organized, all lecture slides are posted online, along with any other assignments. There is no textbook for this class the text was free and online. He will answer any question very clearly, inside or outside of class.

Awesome

Professor Sartori explains everything clearly and provides examples to make sure everybody understands. Some laboratories are a bit challenging, so you should be prepared before going to lab. The midterm and final exams are fairly easy and it's open book. Some home works are also challenging. So try to get to them as soon as possible in case you have questions. The project of this course is super fun too.

Good

Prof. Sartori is a very straightforward person who lets you know what you have to do. He then grades based on those standards. Majority of grade comes from final group project with only simple requirements, and TAs for lab were very helpful.

Awesome

Professor Sartori is one of the best teachers I've ever had at the University of Minnesota. His class may be a bit boring at times. But he's very knowledgeable in the field of computer architecture. Also, his lecture slides are works of art. Its information is clearly laid out too. In addition, he includes detailed speaker notes that are great for review as well.
