I have been a supervisor and mentor for K-12 teachers working with English language learners since 1980. I estimate that I have written over 2000 observation reports from 1980 to the present.
I continue to enjoy working with new and experienced teachers guiding them through theory to practice as a means to assist English language learners self-actualize. Accomplished teachers along with accomplished students will grow a more facinating world.

    I supervised 40 ESL teachers in 101 schools throughout the city as an Educational Administrator. I then administered this citywide five million dollar ESL program.
    I concluded my public school career in the Bronx where I worked closely with principals in providing services to English language learners.

    I created a READ 100 challenge for the school. Each class had to read 100 books to celebrate the 100year anniversary of the school.

    I promoted a science by seeking and receiving a grant for a science laboratory in the school. Also, I supplemented the school library by selecting and purchasing 150 science related books. I re-establish the Science Fair where all grades (K-8) were required to create a display and discuss a science experiment.
    I established a Poetry Week. Each grade level was given a particular poet to study and select two poems to recite during a school wide assembly.
