Professor Petrie gets is! He knows that not everybody just comes out of high school and knowing Math. He takes the extra time with students and is very down to earth. You have to work hard and study for this class, though. It may look hard at first but if you do the work (and don't miss any classes) you'll pass no problem. Undoubtedly one the best math teachers at CCP. Would take his class again if I had to.

I just started Professor Petrie's class but I can already see he is a great teacher. I never paid attention during high school and Professor Petrie has taught me how to add, subtract, divide, and multiply. Not many instructors would have the patience to teach that to someone who should already know it. He is super caring, I really like him and the way he teaches. Definitely recommend taking his class!

Professor Petrie is the best math teacher I've ever had. He is very sweet and always willing to help. Plus, he is very patient and really understands the students.
