Accomplishments include:\n\n•\tElected first president of the Pennsylvania Metro Chapter of Sigma Beta Delta. \no\tEstablished the Chapter. \no\tLead the chapter through all inductions of new members since the chapter’s inception. \no\tEstablished the Chapter’s student government.\n•\tDesignated Senior Faculty at the Keller Graduate School of Management. \n•\tI was the instructor for back-to-back National Project Management Capstone awards winners. This is only the second time in Keller’s history that one instructor had back-to-back classes win this award. \n•\tI am the single Project Management instructor of choice for DeVry’s Becker Project Management Center for Corporate Education program in the Philadelphia area. This program involves providing general and specific project management and PMP® preparatory classes to industries in the Delaware Valley. I have taught more PMP® Preparatory courses than any other instructor in the Becker Project Management network in the last three years. \n•\tI was selected to represent as part of the onsite team and as part of the application development group DeVry University in its effort to gain GAC accreditation from the Project Management Institute (PMI). This effort was successful without comment from PMI. This effort involved assisting in writing the accreditation documents and participating in the on-site visit.\n\nProfessor of the year 2013

•\tFeatured in “The Nuclear Professional Journal of the Nuclear Academy for Nuclear Training” third quarter 2003 for professionalism in action. \n•\tProject manager for the creation of a highly successful human error reduction & safety training program the led to decrease in the human error rate and OSHA reportable rate by 50%. \n•\tDesigned and developed a successful reengineering/business process redesign of the Training Department that led to a streamlining of processes and an overall reduction in cost to the company. \n•\tLed an intervention to improve technician’s technical and human performance that led to an immediate reduction in errors made by the workforce.\n•\tReceived the second highest annual corporate award for professionalism 2003 in a corporation of 14
