PM/Meteorologist/CBRNE Effects
Previous to spin-off of Engility Corp. from L3, performed many of the same functions described above. Managed the development and execution of training programs for numerous modeling and simulation tools. PM for an effort to develop an advanced program of instruction for the appropriate application of the Joint Effects Model (JEM) to CBRN release scenarios. Provided real-time modeling and meteorological support to National Special Security Events and exercises, including the 2002 Winter Olympic Games (Salt Lake City), Presidential Inaugurations, State of the Union Addresses, TOPOFF exercises, and the Super Bowl.
PM/Sr. Meteorologist
PM for an approximately $1.6M/yr program to provide training support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Assumed full responsibility, authority and accountability for complete execution of contract requirements, quality assurance, scheduling, and cost monitoring/reporting. Instructor for courses focused on software applications used for chemical/biological/radiological/nuclear/high explosive (CBRNE) hazard effects modeling.
