Prof. Milligan is quite challenging, but he tries his best to explain chemistry to you in multiple ways. He will help you as long as you reach out to him. If you ask a simple question you should know, he will wait for you to figure it out, but will still help you in the end. He gives online HW and he does not teach on a curve.

This class is insanely hard. I never missed a lecture, I wrote down everything he talks about, I study the notes and the book and test myself with his exams on his website and still fall behind. You have to really know chemistry well to pass. I feel like he teaches this as more of a review class.
