Professor Cavanagh is a good guy but it is a hard class. The homework takes several hours to complete with a good grade. The course is extremely hard although it doesn't need to be. He writes out every single formula and equation by hand. He does not take shortcuts and tries teaching the class WHY your answer is your answer rather than how to get your answer.
