Joe is the Vice-President of Luminous Productions, multimedia development business specializing in web development, print design and accessible form design for federal government agencies. Specializing in meeting 508 compliance in a variety of media medians, Joe has helped Luminous Productions develop a national reputation for exceeding accessibility standards and while providing unprecedented service in a very timely manner. With an unsurpassed understanding of the print process, web standards, technical needs and compliance requirements, Luminous Productions assists companies and governmental agencies in producing high quality web media, multi-media and print products that meet 508 compliance.
Before Joe's management role with Luminous Productions, Joe worked for Texas A&M University-Commerce for more than 11 years. While working as the Interim Director of Instructional Technology and Distance Education, Joe managed a successful staff, supporting the university's online program, interactive video, media development, media services, electronic engineering and faculty and staff instructional design services. While under Joe's leadership, A&M-Commerce's online program was one of the top 5 online programs in the state of Texas. He managed a budget of greater than 3.5 million dollars, served on the Technology Visioning Task Force, helped implement an annual DigiFaire conference on campus and over saw the development of several new campus technologies.

Providing enriching video based instruction, facilitating discussion, actively achieving educational goals and assessing their completion.
