Professor Outlaw is easily the most intelligent and helpful professor I have ever had. One of the leading ageconomics experts in the US, he is well qualified to teach this. The tests are insanely difficult, but if you miss less than three of his classes you get a huge curve. I failed every single one of his tests. I managed to get a B+. Wonderful class!
