Most notably, Jocelyn has played critical roles in rebranding and streamlining organizations to attract and retain talent, restructured and opened up new offices in the U.S. and Asia Pacific, and built recognized recruiting departments from the ground up.
Due to her background in media planning, analytics and business development, Jocelyn takes pride in always producing business results and value from a talent-first perspective.

Talent Director
• Hired to build the agency’s first Recruitment team to implement and support an aggressive plan for agency scaling.
• Developed and sold in the recruiting vision, capabilities, team structure, and budget, rooted in building talent intelligence, employer brand experience and KPIs.
• Oversaw all recruiting efforts and strategy; led, trained and managed a team of seven, bringing in over 200 new hires within 12 months.
• Implemented a new applicant tracking system and re-negotiated all vendor contracts; evaluated the value of and built out an employee referral program.
• Analyzed and re-designed the candidate and employee on-boarding experience: including travel accommodations, branded collateral, career fair presentations, on-boarding presentations, employee check-ins.
• Decreased headhunter utilization and revamped offer negotiation process and strategy, saving the agency $2MM within the first four months.
• Led the re-design and launch of a new careers page, which involved an ATS implementation.
• Conducted deep competitive and strategic analyses to develop a year-round internship program, relevant to the incoming employee generation.
• Developed, sold in to executives, and led production of a summer internship competition concept, which was recognized by Adweek magazine.
• Partnered with PR to establish a Droga5 brand voice and increase awareness of and affinity towards Droga5 amongst prospective candidates.
• Talent business partner to executives: retention, staff planning, re-structuring, trainings, client on-boarding, salary bands, market realities.

Adjunct Professor
Teaching and coaching students on how to prepare for the real world.
• Developed and teaching a new course that focuses on helping students prepare for the real world. Topics covered: personal branding, building a strong resume, interviewing skills, salary negotiation, presentation skills, leadership skills, personal values, basics to management skills, among many others.
• Fall 2016: More than 50% of the class progressed beyond first round interviews and 28% were offered full-time jobs prior to graduation.
• Fall 2017: 75% of the class received job interviews, 33% were offered jobs, 100% of offered jobs were accepted.
• Spring 2018: 74% of the students were offered employment before graduation; 26% received more than one offer.
