Professor Rios was easy but not a great lecturer. It was a very easy A as long as you read the chapters and the book. Everything I learned that came useful on the tests was from the book. None of the lectures are specific or helpful for the tests. The only reason I went to class was for the attendance grade.
Good
I enjoyed public administration with Doctor Rios. Reason is, she's very passionate about the subject and gave real-life situations to apply the information. She's very funny too. The book is important to the class and does take notes from PowerPoint. The test is all essay based and she provides you with a study guide to help you write it before the test.
