Generally, the class of Professor Oestreich consists of more than sixty pages reading minimum per week. However, the material is redundant and will have been covered in prerequisites. There were times that she will count you tardy even if you show her the current time. Assignments and lectures were very boring. Do not take this class if you wish to teach.

Prof. Oestreich is an easy grader as long as you follow rubrics to a T. However, workload in class is pretty insane. Class lectures are usually mock assignments you could actually do with students rather than discussing how to teach geography. Only thing I enjoyed was the fact that she gave us a bunch of free stuff.
