Good
This was my second orgo moment, the first to have a F. I was supposed to have a D with Cha, but he's curving and I ended up so blessed with a C+. So much extra credit, just go to class (he complains a lot when students don't have curves that might influence) and do the hw as the tests are hw issues.
Average
He gave out loads of extra credit for my second time taking orgo1 and Cha was excellent bc. He provides a 10-point take home and an extra 10-15 would be on the test. There were 118 percent of people. Sometimes he goes a little too deeply: his lecture or book hw causes the examination issues. The average number of examinations was 65-70, but most did not come to lecture. Drops a test.
Awful
I studied for a total of 30 + hours for each examination and still didn't get the A I required. His powerpoints are no more than his examinations, his slides are so pointless, up to 30 e.c. Points each test and it's still difficult to get a decent grade. If you have to take the class somewhere else, just don't expect to do well in his class because he's the worst teacher at WSU.
Awful
Prof Cha is honestly the worst professor ever. What he says about the exam isn't exactly what it is. Exams are 40 percent with 10 points Ed on every exam. We took the final and i got 75/160 with 25 points EC. Highest grade was already B-. I wouldn't recommend taking organic chemistry with him.

Prof. Cha gave us 20 points for extra credit in each exam. Most of the problems came from the homework in the book. He isn't the best but he's also not the worst. It's an easy A as long as you do all the hw problems.
