Jim's background includes 35 years'​ experience in distribution, manufacturing including AI, safety, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, well, and specialty products. He has demonstrated expertise within general management, marketing, human resources, business acquisition, and finance disciplines in a variety of industries. Jim has also had operating experience across the United States with multi-national knowledge and operations in Mexico, Canada, South America, and the Pacific Rim.
Assisted Behavioral Recognition Systems, Inc. and Jim serves as CEO for NewMGroup LLC and previously President and CEO of Vallen Corporation, a leading distributor in technical safety equipment. This publicly traded company operated globally and was recognized as the best in its class for large distribution and excellence. Under Jim's leadership, the company doubled sales and earnings over a 5-year period. Jim provided the impetus for the company to make strategic acquisitions to broaden its geographic coverage and service capabilities ultimately selling the company. NewMGroup LLC works primarily with the oil and gas and medical industries. Jim has been involved with over 40 acquisitions during his career.
