I teach contemporary art history and theory; adaptation and performance studies; criticism and curatorial practice; and experiential learning courses
and supervise undergraduate and graduate theses that are both research- and practice-based. I have been a key participant in program development
renewal and oversight at undergraduate and graduate levels and have been central to cyclical review and accountability reporting processes (PEQAB
IQAP
HEQCO). Committee participation and stewardship has included: academic standards
academic integrity
curriculum development and renewal
writing across the curriculum
admissions
policy and planning
and hybrid learning initiatives.\n\nMy teaching has been consistently evaluated as excellent and I have received commendation for my exceptional support of students from the Centre for Students with Disabilities. Performance evaluations
considering my teaching
research and service to the university
have been uniformly superior.

Responsible for one-on-one writing and learning support for graduate students; research into learning support best practices; liaison between the Writing & Learning Centre and Office of Graduate Studies; policy and program development
and stakeholder consultation. I researched and prepared a report (approved by Senate Council on Graduate Studies) on graduate learning support at OCAD U with further proposals for multi-phase roll-out of program enhancements and offerings
including possible cost-recovery modules. I developed and have overseen the Thesis/MRP Writing Intensive (bootcamp) program as a regular offering
starting in 2015.
