Prof. Barber is an engaging and competent professor. She explains concepts clearly and you can tell that she really knows her stuff. Coursework is interesting and manageable. However, much of the material overlapped with other courses that I've already taken, so sometimes I struggled with paying attention. Overall, I highly recommend her to anyone!

Professor Barber is willing to go over exams with you. She will regrade something, if you believe you're graded unfairly. However, it takes a while to get your grades back. On the other hand, I love the material and she cares about how students learn from it.

Doctor Barber is very passionate and is an elaborate lecturer. This class has pretty simple material though and with Barber teaching it is dumbed down to the point of being a high school class. The class is mostly discussion with other students and answering questions. It's a very basic course overall. Avoid this class if you are looking for a challenge.

Professor Barber is one of the best teachers to ever walk this Earth. She was such a fantastic lecturer and very passionate about what she does. The class was very manageable as an incoming freshman. Show up to class, take notes and read, and you will also learn and get an easy A.
