• Systems biology approach to understanding physiology underlying complex traits in cattle cattle such as productive efficiency, longevity, and fertility.
• Using genetic information to improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact of cattle production
• Integration of –omics data with traditional metabolism to improve understanding and to create next generation models of metabolism
