You don't really have to show up in class because she only reads the slides which you can already do at home. She gives easy assignments, mainly two-page movie analyses. Tests are straightforward and are usually multiple choice type and short answer. Buying the textbook isn't really necessary. If you don't understand the topic, she's very helpful and accessible.
