Awesome
Prof. Stephens is a relaxed prof with comprehensible lectures, but you can ask him to stop and explain things if you're lost because he can't gauge student's expressions. If you follow everything, it will be a pretty easy work and there weren't tons of HW. Group study meets and office hours are needed! Super loved the team exams but I hated the occasional seat changes.

Developed
implemented
and assessed active learning curricula for biochemistry and organic chemistry courses that have been utilized by the Department as a model for other active learning curricula. This followed an instructional design process that consisted of developing learning objectives and learning outcomes for the course
creating a knowledge table (which consists of concepts
processes
tools
contexts
and long-term student behaviors that the course will address)
identifying and constructing a series of sequenced out-of-class and in-class activities (typically 15-20 activities/course)
establishing comprehensive
integrative student performance criteria and performance measures
designing the course assessment and evaluation systems
producing and implementing a facilitation plan
and generating a course assessment system (that assesses the course itself).
