Professor Yancey's class was set up like a group discussion class and not like the usual typical lectured class. He has great stories and know how to keep his class engaging to the students. Even if there's a lot of homework through out the semester, it is still an easy A. If you're looking for a relaxed class, take his.

Jeff is a great guy with a lot of integrity, and it's always a pleasure to work with him. His warmth and sensitivity towards his students and subject matter were much appreciated. He is well-organized, and his speakers are engaging. Showing up and doing the homework, which isn't heavily evaluated, is all it takes to get an A. He's very responsive and he gives good feedback!

Professor Yancey is exceptional. His lectures were intuitive. He said that the textbook is required, but I refused to pay $200 for a book that was never going to be used.
