Prof. Packer is the best CIV100 prof ever. All classes taught by him had the highest averages. Actually, a lot of students skip their classes to come to Prof. Packer. Textbook is really helpful but not mandatory at all. He's 120% the best professor. He teaches really well and he's very funny!
