Prof. Spirko's class is very difficult, so you really have to work hard. You will do fine as long as you do the homework and practice tests. I feel like most of the students do not understand the material because they cram everything. Be prepared mentally because this isn't an easy class.

Professor Spirko does not deserve the negative feedback he gets. He genuinely enjoys physics and really wants to assist his students, but it appears that no one is willing to ask questions. He isn't holding a pity party because this is a difficult course. To understand the topic, you'll have to consult other sources though.

I don't know why there were lots of bad reviews with Professor Spirko. Are they all expecting to have a good grade by just showing up? It is physics. He's knowledgeable and he'll explain it if you don't understand. If something confuses you, all you need to do is ask. He expects you to involve yourself and put an effort during lectures, in homework and tests. If you're not, then you deserve the grade that you'll get.
Awful
Professor Spirko is a very smart one. However, an entry-level class often confuses everyone by skipping around formulas. His lectures were created as if you already know the topic. His homework has zero relevance to tests too.
