Very difficult class, but Professor Barrett was knowledgeable and good at teaching. The only issues had to do with the exams, they were practically un-doable. Good luck.

I highly suggest taking Prof. Barrett for ACCT229. A lot would say that this class is terrible, but it isn't impossible. Always be on top of learning and once you feel behind, catch up immediately. I would also suggest going to tutor john. Prof. Barret is definitely amazing. She is very experienced and her lectures are always engaging.

Professor Barrett keeps the course simple. A lot of students talk this class up to being something that it isn't. Plain and simple, this class is what it's advertised to be, an intro to financial accounting. The tests were mildly difficult. But Barrett made learning easy.

Prof. Barrett is one of the best professors for ACCT 229. There is a ton of material that is covered for this course and this class is honestly hard. She doesn't always give the most thorough explanations due to the amount of material and she goes over the topics rapidly. Her insights can be helpful because she writes half of the exam. She genuinely cares about her students as well.

Prof. Barrett did an excellent job teaching ACCT 229. He's also very friendly! Honestly, ACCT 229 is pretty difficult, but he did a good in explaining the material during lectures. To pass this class, I recommend going to help desk and SI sessions.

I love Professor Barrett, She's such a lovely lady and really wants her students to succeed. In general, Accounting 229 is a difficult course. But it does a great job of explaining things in its lessons and is very engaging. So, she's willing to help. It's definitely a lot of work, but an A is achievable with effort and her great teaching.
